Metsys joins the European Digital Group galaxy

European Digital Group's ambition is to become the European leader in digital transformation. Just a few weeks after its investment in webmarketing agency Follow, the BtoB services platform, backed by Montefiore Investment, is carrying out a sixth operation. It acquired a stake in Metsys, alongside Montefiore and BNP Paribas Développement, which had been a minority shareholder in the company. The management team, headed by Laurent Cayatte, also remains involved. Founded in 2011 by Laurent Cayatte, Metsys initially positioned itself as an infrastructure solutions integrator before broadening its offering to the various aspects of digital transition. Today, it supports some 280 customers, including Amundi, April, Carrefour and Fnac, with their data management, cloud, infrastructure, artificial intelligence and cybersecurity issues. The expansion of its services was coupled, from 2017, with significant regional development: nine agencies were opened across the territory, complementing the Boulogne-Billancourt headquarters. As a result, revenues grew from €10.9m to over €40m between 2016 and 2020.
