We work alongside entrepreneurs to assist them, advise them and protect their interests in the conduct of these transactions.
We also act in partnership disputes, which account for a significant proportion of our litigation activity.
The founder of
SACHA BENICHOU
After several years with prestigious international law firms, Sacha Benichou set up his own firm in 2003, specializing in private equity transactions. He has over 25 years' experience and a significant track record in fund-raising, LBOs andexit operations. He is also involved in the refinancing of distressed companies.
In 2013, he invented the AIR BSA , which has become the benchmark instrument for early-stage transactions.
Sacha also practises business litigation, and in particular partner disputes (conflicts between founders or investors), for which he is frequently called upon.
He is also the founder of legaltechs Uplaw, a digital platform for sharenarait management, and LawCode, an agency specializing in the automation of legal processes, the latter being a winner of the Paris Bar 2023 Innovation Prize.
